Hope you can sleep through the caltrain horn. The freight trains that run at night shake the building. Pretty old construction, no heat or AC (which is par for the course hereI guess). The laundry is in a dusty garage and only takes quarters, they recently upped it to $5 per load, so have fun finding rolls of quarters.
