My kid loves and adores her dentist
My 4 year old son had a silver cap fall off a molar friday afternoon, I started calling around to see where I could get him in. Called this place and was told they could see him Saturday afternoon. So naturally, I stopped calling around….i then get a phone call Saturday morning at 10am to say the dentist has decided he won’t be able to see him as he is a child…..this has left us screwed until Monday now because it’s the weekend. I received a text from this clinic stating “the next dental appointment for you is on Tue 16/12/25 at 4:20pm”. The wording presents as a confirmed booking, even though I did not schedule this appointment. When I phoned to clarify, I was told it was not a booking they would 'hold me to' but simply a reminder to make one if that booked time didn't suit. Ethically this is very poor form, and a manipulative way to get bookings. Patients should never be sent messages that imply appointments exist that they did not make. A recall ... read more
Dr.Rachael has been nothing but absolute legend to our children. From check up to, treatment to plans, I am really impressed with the way she deal with her patient. So caring, loving and fun approach to our children and I am confident that my kids won’t have trauma like a lot of us experienced. I hate sharing my experience with public as I know she is one that is sort after already. But I could not help but to share this as parent’s perspective.
Haven't experienced the care, most reviews seem good. However, too expensive for a family if just for a 4 year olds dental checkup by itself (no extra teeth clean xray, etc required) was $114. Booked dental on Martyn which was half of that $70 and has great reviews too.
