Dr.Rachael has been nothing but absolute legend to our children. From check up to, treatment to plans, I am really impressed with the way she deal with her patient. So caring, loving and fun approach to our children and I am confident that my kids won’t have trauma like a lot of us experienced. I hate sharing my experience with public as I know she is one that is sort after already. But I could not help but to share this as parent’s perspective.
Haven't experienced the care, most reviews seem good. However, too expensive for a family if just for a 4 year olds dental checkup by itself (no extra teeth clean xray, etc required) was $114. Booked dental on Martyn which was half of that $70 and has great reviews too.
I have a fear of dentists but I found the dentist to be gentle and informative. I strongly recommend them.
The best dentist I have found so far in Cairns! Ok I don’t go often , my teeth aren’t bad. Dr Alex is just so professional , kind , attentive and empathetic. Calming nature and nice music too! His side kick Trisha is just so attentive! Of course Kayleigh and Sydney greet you with a genuine smile and have time to share a giggle Thank you so much for the last minute appointment and the painless filling! Price was very decent also! In all THE MOST PLEASANT EXPERIENCE YOU HOPE TO EXPECT FROM A DENTIST! Kawasaki Dr Alex 🤣👍
