DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They attended our property for another unit and interfered with our water meter. Immediately after their visit, our valve failed and we were left with NO WATER for approximately 30 hours. No one informed us. We came home to no water, no showers, nothing. We called repeatedly that night with no answer, despite their advertised hours. We only got through the next morning. I did not have anything wrong with my property. These guys were attending another unit in my complex and broke the valve on my water meter, leaving me without water for over 24 hours! Before they arrived on site I had no water issues. I have previously turned my own meter off and on again with zero issues. They were rude on the phone and refused to attend today saying it was my fault it broke when they touched it. You break it, you come back and fix it! Not these guys. We had a great experience with 1300FINDLEAK. Steven did an excellent job locating the water leak with precision and professionalism. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure everything was clearly identified. Following the detection, Michael called to walk us through the post-identification steps, which was very helpful and reassuring.
