This place sucks . Management sucks, they do not communicate with each other. One person will say one thing & another will say otherwise & guess who’s fault it is ? Yours. -100 stars . Go anywhere else save you alot in the long run
13 Teenty Four has some of the best office staff in the area! They're always welcoming when you enter the doors and can answer any questions you may have. They have great monthly promotions which make living there worth it! on site security is there every night keeping the area safe and secure. Feel free to flag them down and say hey!
I wish we didnt live out of state and could have toured this complex before moving our daughter in. Gross. Dirty, outdated (1980 something), and the brand new wall mounted AC doesnt work. 91° On move in day in the apartment. Called to fix and had to leave a message (before 3pm). It's now 830pm and 84° inside still. My kid is gonna melt and not get any sleep. There is black mold/mildew in the livingroom, fire extinguisher is out of date, but no bugs or critters found yet.
This is the worst apartment complex in Kalamazoo. I put down a security deposit down to live here last year and now they are charging me for stuff my security deposit should cover! No one ever sign a lease with these people. Can’t stress enough how much I hate living at 1324. AGAIN WORST COMPLEX IN KALAMAZOO! Yea I forgot to mention they moved me into a used apartment for this year also. I re signed with them because I was told I wouldn’t need a security deposit and they straight up just moved me into someone’s dirty house. ... read more
Keep in mind, a lot of these reviews seem to be before 13 Twenty Four took over the apartments here sometime in 2017. I’m almost through my first lease here and already renewed for another year. The units here are perfectly fine and if something goes wrong the maintenance usually have it fixed within 24-48 hours depending what you mark the severity of the problem. Everyone in the office is great and always happy to help with any questions or concerns you have. Looking forward to another year here
