The Chef absolutely loves his food and a diner here will quickly taste that in every single bite. The selections are creative and intriguing. Plan on making many visits here, it simply can't all be tasted at once. Some of these best shrimp tacos I've ever eaten. These are not your ordinary tacos, the chef plays with flavor profiles like Michaelangelo played with paints on the ceiling if the Sistine Chapel. Flavor town is an understatement! Heading back on Thursday for 13% off Tacos! Just wow!
We had a great meal at 13 Tacos & Taps! The food came out quickly, the hospitality was exceptional, and both our host and waitress were incredibly gracious. Vegetarian options are fairly limited and mostly centered around fried/battered cauliflower, but luckily we love cauliflower, so we were happy. Quesadilla wasn’t great, was like a pizza? Service took a long time. No flexibility on anything which sucks. You pay for chips and salsa then get 10 chips and a 1oz thing of salsa? Seemed like a Mexican restaurant but I think they should market different since they seem a little more different than just what we think of when we are looking for a regular taco place. Very mid for what I was looking for tonight. Drinks good tho, that was good.
Absolutely my favorite place to dine in Raleigh for tacos my husband and I go at least once a week
