Great Experience!! Thank you!! Being that we are new to the Phoenix area, Tristan was recommended to us by a friend and was assured we'd be taken care of. We had our 2 year old son with us and he was running around like a crazy man but Tristan got us in and out in a jiffy. The car and the paperwork were ready when we showed up, we literally signed and drove home! I would highly recommend Earnhardt Hyundai in North Scottsdale and more specifically, Tristan Crook! Best car buying experience ever Everyone I came in contact with was very nice, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. My sales person was Kyle Frame and he was accommodating, sincere in his efforts to stay within my budget, and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. He was patient in explaining my options and he followed up to be sure I was happy with my purchase. Definitely 5 star service. I will definitely go back there for my next car.

Simply the best! This is the 3rd vehicle we have bought from here and we won't go to any other dealerships. This dealership had the best customer service and they truly care about their customers.
