Visiting while waiting for the ferry and 13Nails is a must if you need a pedicure! The staff were very professional, took care of my requests and they even have drinks for everyone! I got a mimosa and it was fabulous! The prices are unmatched!
Really want to like this place cause everyone is super nice and friendly, except the girl I had today. She did an absolute terrible job on my nails. She didn’t clean up any of my cuticles or skin around my nails. There is still glue on my skin and chunks of acrylic underneath the nail. Additionally, she charged me an extra $15 for shape and length? I didn’t get them long either. I’ve been getting my nails done for 15 years and shape and length is supposed to part of the full set.
