Dodgy operator. Dont turn up and then say that driver had the accident. Both times driver had an "accident "
Beyond terrible Booked them for a 6 am pick up for the airport. Noone turned up and noone answered . We ended up waiting for 15 mins and then tried to call an uber. No xl ubers available at that time. Had to take call a friend in a panic to help out and they reached the airport 1 hour late and nearly missed our flight as we had to rush through everything. Made a booking a day in advance. They told us our cab would be delayed and it never showed. And it took about 3 phone calls before they admitted it wouldn't be coming.
