Tonight we waited an hour for a table, which was expected, what wasn’t expected was cold food that wasn’t cooked as ordered. Sent a basket of chips back twice (they brought them hard and cold each time). Then we both ordered the 8 ounce filet with half rack of ribs. Both filets were ordered medium rare, one came out medium/the other medium well. The ribs had a good BBQ sauce but were dry. It was both of our first time at 13 Bones, and doubt we’ll be back.
