Most importantly thing is that the phone number listed is wrong. 760-763-0300 is the number to call and they pick up right away. Sick call and the Pharmacy wait lines are absolutely awful and they have zero communication on wait times. Multiple times I have shown up and had people seen before me who checked in well after me. Lab, audio, and physical therapy are generally pretty good here so long as you are at least 15 minutes early to appointments.

They never answer the damn phone
Horrid. Will not answer the phone and there’s often nobody manning the desk. Even if you do manage to get checked in you’ll be waiting for at least an hour before you’re seen. Only go here if you have no other options and have half the work day free.
Several visits with appointments for only to be seen a full hour later, but show up 5-7 mins late to check in and you’re “no-show”, good lucka new getting an appointment anytime soon to boot, and yet we wonder why retention sucks.
