I don’t frequently use my storage enough to always remember the passcode. Upon approaching the lobby I noticed there was people ahead of me who might have been there for a bit ironing out some details. One of the guests expressed how nice the customers service was and it is rare this day and age. I try to avoid downloading more apps just function on a daily basis but when the person working said it would make my life easier I gladly accepted the QR code.
