Time to start shopping for a better facility 😕 Constant rent increases that are more than my apartment community's increases. Pay late ONE time as a loyal customer, late fee is also higher than my apartment community's late fee. Will not waive the first and only late fee. Ok. The City of Tacoma should look at storage rentals when changing legislation next time.
