Been lucky enough to call 12th State CrossFit my second home during the three plus years I lived in Raleigh. Coach Cliff and his staff genuinely care about each and every member. Check them out if you are considering a new gym and are looking to get the best out of yourself.
12th State has the BEST coaches!!! They offer nutrition and supplement advice and provide personal assistance to help members achieve their individual goals.
Its a incredible place with awesome coaches, and a great community there. Everybody is real nice and fun to be around. Great facility with everything you need there. It's always a pleasure when I get to train there. Always drop in everytime I'm in the area. Amazing just simply amazing place!!
I'm new to crossfit and can't say enough about the owner, coaches and people I've met there. Everyone is very supportive and the workouts are fun! I've never been a group work out person, but have really enjoyed the workouts and being involved at this gym!
Terrific facility and coaching staff at 12th State CrossFit. Even better is the community which welcomed me as a new member from day one and brings out the best in every athlete.
Love everything about this place - the coaches, the people, the facility, the programming!!! I didn't think cross-fit would be a good fit for me when I started but I am 2.5 years in and still love it!! Come check it out!!
