This was the worst dental clinic experience I’ve ever had. I arrived only 5 minutes late, yet they made me fill out three extensive forms, which took about 10 minutes. This easily could have been done after the appointment, but instead it cut into my treatment time. Because of this, they only cleaned five of my lower teeth and then told me there wasn’t enough time to finish the rest. After coming there for years, it has been a slow decline in service. Unfriendly front staff, covid protective shield cover very obtrusive, high hygienist turnover, and unwelcoming waiting area. They have a tv, fireplace, and large fig tree plant. Tv and fireplace have never been turned on since going there. The fig tree plant is very dusty. The office puts on a mask, but don't be fooled, eventually shows it's ugliness. My last cleaning visit was not positive. It was aggressive. I visited them on 15th October, 2025 My hygienist was Ginette. She works part time on Wednesday only. This is my first visit to a dental appointment in YYC, did not have any recommendations. The ambience is great, they have good furniture. Ginette was superb, she put on some solution in my mouth to make the plaque/calculus visible. She then did a gentle yet thorough cleaning with water and then used her drill to clean out the dirt. She then meticulously cleaned each tooth manually. This is by far the worst dental clinic I have ever dealt with. They charge outrageous and nonsensical prices, constantly changing the cost of the same services. To make matters worse, today I was charged on my credit card for a procedure done five months ago, with absolutely no prior notice. They never provide the cost upfront before doing any work, so you are left in the dark until the bill arrives.
