Ive been coming to see Jeff for yrs now here in Calgary . I would drive across Provinces for this clinuc . They work with ppl with dissabilities and Ive got tremendous anxiety . This is a incredible talented team . Honestly supreme. Excellence and beyond that . Thank you so very very much . Talented caring remarkable staff .
Dr. Barnes is skilled and provides excellent dental care. Unfortunately my experience with the front desk staff has not been as positive. The receptionist especially KAYLA often comes across as cold and unfriendly and whenever I had questions about insurance coverage or billing she seemed bothered rather than willing to help. There were also issues with handling insurance information efficiently and then charged me after the procedure instead of telling me beforehand that it’s not covered in insurance. Our first experience was amazing. My girl has severe dental anxiety and by the time we left our appointment she was relaxed and felt fully confident to have the work done. The staff that work here as well are phenomenal.
