This is by far the worst dental clinic I have ever dealt with. They charge outrageous and nonsensical prices, constantly changing the cost of the same services. To make matters worse, today I was charged on my credit card for a procedure done five months ago, with absolutely no prior notice. They never provide the cost upfront before doing any work, so you are left in the dark until the bill arrives. I’ve been going to this office for over a year now and from the very first day, I have had a great experience. They send lots of reminders for appointments and always help me reschedule when something comes up. Dr.Jeff is thoughtful and thorough, and it’s clear he greatly cares about the well being of his patients. The ladies on the front desk team are always kind and professional, and Brook had a great understanding of how to handle my insurance claim even when the insurance company was being difficult. The front desk staff at this office are an absolute disgrace. I accidentally missed one appointment, and instead of handling it professionally, they went ahead and canceled my next one without so much as a courtesy call. When I phoned in to sort it out, the receptionist spoke down to me like I was beneath her. The arrogance and rudeness were unbelievable. I went there, around 3 weeks ago! Geanette did the cleaning of my teeth! She is not a nice person! Because, she made distance between my bottom front teeth! And, she was hurting my teeth and my gums, alot, while doing, cleaning in my teeth!
