I’ve been going to this office for over a year now and from the very first day, I have had a great experience. They send lots of reminders for appointments and always help me reschedule when something comes up. Dr.Jeff is thoughtful and thorough, and it’s clear he greatly cares about the well being of his patients. The front desk staff at this office are an absolute disgrace. I accidentally missed one appointment, and instead of handling it professionally, they went ahead and canceled my next one without so much as a courtesy call. When I phoned in to sort it out, the receptionist spoke down to me like I was beneath her. The arrogance and rudeness were unbelievable. I went there, around 3 weeks ago! Geanette did the cleaning of my teeth! She is not a nice person! Because, she made distance between my bottom front teeth! And, she was hurting my teeth and my gums, alot, while doing, cleaning in my teeth!
As a disabled person living on a fixed income who hasn’t had benefits in a decade and has been unable to go to the dentist regularly as a result I was pretty nervous to finally go back to a dentist after recently getting on aish. My experience at 12th and 8th dentist was absolutely amazing however and quickly quelled any worries I had. They were very understanding and didn’t shame me for my lack of regular check ups and made me feel instantly welcomed and safe.
