This company's (Mike's/Marc's) policies on purchase agreements for land are to not allow you to live on the property until you completely pay it off, but you are allowed to do improvements. I've purchased a fully built home before for $250k (blew my back and had to sell) and was allowed to live in the home while payments were made, like a normal mortgage.
