128 is consistently professional, responsive and easy to line up for work to be performed! Appreciate feeling like I have a team for this plumbing, heating and electrical, of which I’ve used them for all of it.
Great overall experience. Two people showed up on-time to remove an old AC system and replace it with a new one. The team was professional, responsive and did a great job replacing the old system and keeping me informed during the installation.
