I have been here for a couple of years, with the change of management, lately I have seen improvements in the remodeling and amenities of the place. My experience with staff has been pleasant and I luckily have never encountered any inconvenience. The location is also pretty convenient (accessible parks and trails, nearby grocery stores) for people that do not want to deal even more with the horrible daily traffic.
Here are all the reasons why you should NOT rent here: 1) In addition to high rents, they will charge you tons of fees! Gas, Pest Control, Sewage, Storm Water Drainage, Trash (some months over $140!), Water, Service Fee, Common Area Electricity (plus your normal Puget Energy Sound bill); along with Internet ($70), and Parking ($150 when you can park across the street) --> total can be $450-$500/mo 2) State Street is very busy and loud; not great location 3) Gym is small and doesn't open early (you cannot get in before work) ... read more
This was a great property under the former owner Prometheus. Once it was sold to Waterton, things went downhill immediately. They slashed maintenance staff and brought in non-responsive office staff. The former owners had an amazing maintenance guy who was passionate about keeping the building perfect - but he left immediately after the transition.
