RecommendedI would recommend 1250 west to anyone looking for a beautiful community with amazing amenities and friendly staff. Even during a pandemic, Heather was great throughout the entire process of obtaining my apartment. She answered all my questions and maintained communication with me. The apartment is spectacular with amazing details and space. I love my new home.
Great place. Highly recommended. Leasing office staff is very helpful and courteous. Miss Heather is AWESOME. Every problem I have, she's got my back ALWAYS.
Leasing office staff is friendly and helpful- especially Heather. Maintenance comes and resolves. whatever problems are in the apt quickly. Neighborhood is generally quiet...with scenic views.
Heather and Melissa were so helpful! I was worried about getting approved and they were there for me every step of the way making sure all of my qualifications were in line.
They’re doing construction on our building and it’s been one catastrophe after another! They’ve cut wires and messed up our AC countless times, they’ve hit a pipe and messed up the water flow, blown fuses and caused power outages, and now, I end up with a nail in my brand new tire because they do not clean up the nails they leave behind! That’s just part of the problems here. Not worth the cost of rent. The front gate is either messed up or just left open. Redundant. The apartments aren't as nice as the model. Popcorn ceilings. Building smells like mothballs. Not worth $1230.00+ per month. 10-12-2016: Things here have gotten worse. I have a chronic cough and had a lung infection from the air in the apartment likely from mold. I have been living here about two years and I adore the community, features and amenities. The gym and both pools are beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The in apartment features are very modern and up to date as well. The community was recently taken over by Steadfast Management and that has proved to be an even better turn around for all the residents. I would certainly suggest moving here.
I love this place is don't believe I've ever loved a place that we have lived more than this
