Booked an appointment online and took time off work to arrive to the clinic being closed. Just a piece of paper on the door saying they're closed due to something beyond their control. Well, then you shouldn't be able to make appointments, or you should at the very least contact the people making appointments and notify them you're not open. What a waste of time.

I had to wait over 2 hours to get into a room. At this point my lips were turning blue and the doctor left to go to a meeting. The poor grammar on the waiting room sign should have been the first indication to leave. Dr said O2 stats where low and did not have a fever sent us to hospital. Hospital said stats where fine and had a fever.
Wonderful Doctor! Both myself and my daughter were seen today. We had a great experience and would highly recommend. We are from the city and the biggest struggle with the move was not having access to a clinic with a doctor present in Chatham. We will be using this clinic from now on.
