I am a medical provider who lived there for four years I would never recommend this apartment building. When property was stolen they refused to check their cameras and required me to get the police involved if I wanted something done. I had items stolen from my car in the apartment garage and the mailroom. I believe the cameras are not functioning. Any noise complaints they also require you to call the police if you have a concern. I find that a waste of police resources. Further, the main areas are very dirty. Finally, upo... read more
My roommate and I lived here for 4 years and would not recommend living here to anyone. While we have no complaints from the first few years we lived there, the building was bought by Berger and went downhill rapidly afterwards, all while we were charged more and more fees for amenities that had been previously free (pool access, etc.) The cleanliness of the common areas (entryway, hallways, elevator areas) was atrocious.
