Review from visit back on May 13, 2024. You have the likes of Another Broken Egg, Le Peep, KeKe's, and the like that are lacking in a cozy atmosphere that has a hometown feel; but not 124 (NO SIR). The Chicken and Waffles is by far the best I've had from anywhere east of the Mississippi River. Service is kind, courteous, and exemplifies the meaning of 'southern comfort. If you're in the Venice area - this is a must place to get brunch at before you take in the day at the beach!
Wow! I just had an incredible dining experience at 124 Breakfast Lunch and More that I can’t stop raving about! From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic meal. I ordered an omelette, and it was nothing short of perfection.
