Avoid this property management company at all costs. Their handling of my security deposit was dishonest, unethical, and frankly, outrageous. I left the property in excellent condition — cleaner than it was when I moved in — yet they still withheld a large portion of my deposit with no legitimate explanation. One Star - Extremely Disappointing Experience I would strongly caution anyone considering renting through NVWM Realty based on my experience. Throughout my tenancy, communication was consistently poor — emails would often go unanswered for days or even weeks, and when I did receive a response, the tone was dismissive and unhelpful. Company is currently being sued by myself. BEWARE. I was a previous tenant charged with numerous unreasonable deductions from my deposit including tree trimming when the tree looked the same upon move in as it did upon leaving. Additionally there were outdoor maintenance repairs to the house that I was charged for yet viewing the property from the outside these charges were never done. Horrible company to work for! Tries to pin tenant damage onto the vendors and then gives negative reviews to try and bait them into repairing for nothing because the owners don’t want to pay. I would not recommend working for this company as a vendor or renting from them especially based on their reviews.
Believe all the bad reviews here. This company is dishonorable and incompetent. I am not sure who its worse for the landlords or the tenants. I rented from them despite the bad reviews because there wasn't much on the market then and the home was cheaply priced. Why? It was filthy and in disrepair.
