I put in a maintenance request today because my hot water heater stopped working properly and 123 rent made sure they had one of there workers come to my home right away to fix the problem and he put a brand new hot water heater in and the worker was super friendly, Kind and respectful 💜 THANK YOU 123 RENT for the 2yrs of experience you guys are the best
You know when you think about management companies being the ones that a renter has to rely on for all sorts of maintenance requests the first thing that comes to mind OMG now I have to deal with "them" again !!!.. This company has the worst management, starting off with the manager Barbara who I kept calling to speak with her regarding maintenance orders that weren’t being taken care of. I had spoken many times with Janice who was unprofessional as well as Debbie. There was gas leakage that took over two months to fix. It was horrible. Also, there was water leakage from the dishwasher that was never fixed. These receptionists made excuses every time I called that Barbara’s wasn’t in the office. Is she working or what.
