I am very disappointed with my experience at this optical store. The manager’s attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the visit uncomfortable from the beginning. The quoted cost for Ortho-K was over $4,000 per year. Even more concerning, the price the manager mentioned was different from what the front desk later stated. I've been coming here since I was a kid. I've used their ortho-k since 4th grade! They are the best at what they do. Super grateful for Dr. Woo and all his help making sure I have my contacts no matter where I am playing. They also have the best glasses selection. Thank you Dr. Woo and 1234 Ortho-K!
