Literal dirt on my bed. When I called the owner she thought I was lying. I wanted to pay for the night I spent but get a refund for the rest of the nights and she wouldn’t do it. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I was very skeptical of this because of the reviews I was seeing, however, out of all the hostels I’ve contacted, the manager for this one was the only one who answered. My husband and I were allowed late check in and the receptionist took no more than 5 minutes to come back after he left. At first, because there’s no computer system, there was a bit of trouble for him to assign us a room. Absolutely the worst stay I have ever had. We got there around 8:40 at night and immediately when we walked in there was no one there. We waited around 45 minutes in the lobby. We were still trying to stay optimistic. Once the person working the front desk got back he had no documentation saying we had a reservation. He then called a woman who asked a few questions and then told us that because it was after office hours we would have to pay in cash. Dirt in bed. Waited to check in for over half an hour because no one was at the front desk. They have a zero refund policy so that was biggest waste of money I ever spent!
