I purchased a treadmill from another company and they weren't able to repair so they subcontracted 123 wellness. Travis was person who was working on my treadmill. The treadmill when out again I called Travis and he stayed in contact with the company and notified me everytime he spoke to them. He was excellent and I really appreciated the work he put in with my case to try to get my treadmill repair. Worked extensively with Carol to purchase a used Matrix treadmill. I got a good price and the bike is in very good if not excellent condition. Carol sent photos and took the time to answer any question I had about the history of the bike, hours of use, etc. as I live hours away. I could not be more pleased with the service and the bike. Looking to purchase a treadmill from them next.

I have worked with Charles Hoover of 123 Wellness on a couple major purchases. Charles is excellent to work with, communicates effectively, and provides a very competitive price on the products I have purchased. I had an issue with one piece due to a manufacturer created problem. Charles and his crew went way above and beyond the call of duty to figure out the problem, talk with the manufacturer, and fix the problem even with 2 visits.
