** 2021 and it was time for the master bathroom to get a makeover. Called Jose up and he came out to give up an estimate. Jose gave us some great design ideas that we didn't think of. What more can I say that hasn't already been said. I had never submitted a home insurance and to have the first time be due to a hailstorm - yikes! Jose walked me through what the process would be with the insurance company and made sure someone was there with the adjuster to make sure nothing was missed. Jose patiently answered all of my questions and was very timely with responses. He made sure I understood the payment process with the insurance company, everything his company needed to do, what order things would be done ... read more

We had our roof replaced, new gutters installed, wood fence re-stained, and facia painted due to hail damage. All work was done perfectly, and on time. This was not our 1st new roof due to a hail storm, but was noticeably better than the previous. 123 is highly recommended.

We hired 123 to do hardie board siding on our 1982 home. They did a fabulous job with it and the house looks great. We added a few things along the way and they were very flexible with us. As in any huge project, we had a few bumps in the road, but they responded well to everything we needed them to. We would definitely have them do more work on our home in the future.

I hired 123 Remodeling to replace old vinyl siding with fiber cement HardiePlank. They explained the costs and color options. I decided against using the factory painted planks. The contractor installed the siding and painted the house with Sherwin Williams premium paint. They also painted the garage door to match. This really enhanced the curb appeal of my house. There were no pricing surprises. The job was completed in a week. I am happy with their work.
