Update: I was harassed for leaving this review. Within a few minutes of posting my experience to FB and Yelp, Ariel called me (company has my phone number because I scheduled an estimate) yelling and threatening legal action. Beware when working with them. I feel completely unsafe that they now have my home address and phone number.
I'm very pleased with the work I had 123 Remodeling do and the fact that their team leader was technologically savy (e.g. photo updates, communicating by text) however I am not confident that the price was fair. For one of the projects, I was told that the work would take approximately 3 days and it was completed in less than 2 and yet the estimated price did not go down at all. The cost of materials was less than 1/6 of the quote so my understanding is that the balance would've been labour. I recommend asking for a quote wi... read more
Ariel and team did a wonderful job on our southloop condo. We completely gutted our kitchen, master bathroom, closet and re-stained our living room wood floors. His prices are very competitive and he stands by the contract no matter what extra work may come up that was not expected. Ariel is a very good communicator, open to client suggestions and very easy to work with.
