Redliners. They exclude certain parts of Chicago and will not even come out to do an estimate. Not sure why they are allowed to have a license and they do not serve all of the city. Find someone else these guys think it’s 1956
We've used 123 Remodeling for multiple projects in our home, and will continue to use them. Their work quality is top notch, and their whole team is always respectful, helpful, and fun to work with - from the design process all the way to completion.
We interviewed about 4 different design firms. All of who were nice and professional and everyone came in around the same cost. The difference is Angie carried about what we were doing. She was invested in seeing out kitchen came out perfect, not to our standards but to hers, and hers are Gordan Ramsey type standards. We cannot say enough positive things about 123 Remodeling and *specifically* Designer/Project Manager, Kelly Shanks.
