I purchased a "compatible" 218A toner cartridge. When I Installed it, it would not work due to chip error. When I contacted the company they told me that it "should work" and that there is nothing they can do since the package was opened!? Wow, really crappy customer service, false claims, I will be working with my bank to dispute the charge.
Stupid marketing what the marketing for getting percentage off and also free shipping which is not matching with their website and qualification so they basically using this track to just make money. Please never shop from them
I wish I had the foresight to check reviews before buying. I was sent the blatantly wrong cartridge type despite the numbers matching on the cartridges. I submitted a refund request today. I'm reading on other reviews that they don'y issue refunds if the product is opened. My question is how in the hell can you know you have the wrong product UNLESS you open it? Seems pretty scummy to me. I will update this review if they come through
I emailed customer service twice and left phone messages twice and never got a reply. I won’t by from them again.
I had the worst experience with this company. I purchased HP ink refills that did not come with chips. When I transferred the chip from my old cartridges, their product didn't work. When I called to ask for a refund, one representative advised me to try all five of the products I ordered. Thankfully, I didn't follow that advice.
