I had the worst experience with this company. I purchased HP ink refills that did not come with chips. When I transferred the chip from my old cartridges, their product didn't work. When I called to ask for a refund, one representative advised me to try all five of the products I ordered. Thankfully, I didn't follow that advice. I only order 2 times with this company and have 2 times problem with shipping. Don't order from them !!!!!
Products don't work and they make the return process very difficult. I used their product selector to choose the products to buy, but my printer (HP Inspire 7900e) rejected them. I called for assistance, and they tried troubleshooting but couldn't make them work. I was told that sometimes you just have to use some "TLC" with remanufactured products (even though, as noted, they couldn't make these work). I'd give less than 1 star but that's the lowest it goes. Unbelievable that this company is still in existence. I ordered some ink from this company on April 4. It's now April 21 and I still don't have it. They charged my card right away but I still don't have my ink. I tried clicking on the link that supposedly shows shipping and it says that there's no information on where my package is. I contacted the company and they are now telling me that they refuse to refund me and cancel my order when their own website has a 365 day... read more
The absolute worst customer service. 2 days now and still at step 1. You can't cash and talk to a person and you get no help.
