I used this service to list my house, which I sold without an agent. Daniel helped me through the listing process, and my property sold quickly. My listing was on all of the major MLS sites. A great service at a very reasonable cost. I recommend this service without any reservation!
We've used this team on a number of occasions and we have always jad great luck selling our homes. The professionalism, responsiveness and value is what truly sets Daniel and his team apart from others.
This service does not work. Don’t waste your time. We asked for a refund because we didn’t get one phone call after a month. We went to a real realtor and got an offer within days. I would put this business as 0 stars if I could.
Don’t waste your money. I’d give this service a zero-star if I can. Very poor service. Chris didn’t list my house in the local MLS but instead he did list it on a different MLS. As a result, all the local real estate agents can’t easily access my listing. This service is a waste of time and money and very incompetent. He did not list the house on the local MLS site, so local agents couldn’t access it, turning down potential buyers. He blamed it on the agents that they are incompetent and our price is not right. We cancelled and switched to another service and lost our fee and precious time.
