Roger was extremely easy to communicate with; he is very responsive via phone and email. When it was time for us to review issues from the inspection, he was very happy to answer questions and chat with us about all the questions we had! I also think we chose a house in relatively great condition but he did find a hidden leak we would have NEVER seen. Anyhow, entire process was pretty easy. He scheduled a termite inspector for us as well.
