I had a great experience with this company. They were able to diagnose and fix my furnace issue in no time, and their technician was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again for any HVAC needs.
We live here in the area and we have used this company twice now to replace our A/C and then heater later. Both were immediate needs and the staff hustled to get the job done! Their staff is the best! They were very quick to respond, very professional, and did a great job. They offered a military discount and work with us by installing the heater and allowed us to pay them when we got paid weeks later. This company have been great and rushing to the rescue, thank you 2x!
My AC broke down. They were able to send someone over fast. The staff who inspected the units explained everything. They recommended fixed to all 3 units we have though I only asked about 1. The crew came and replaced two units later and serviced our furnace without me asking or any additional charge. We accidentally cut the cords in the backyard, they came and found the problem, fixed it for us without any charges. This company is great! They provided an exact time the day prior unlike previous companies I've used who give up to a 5 hour window. They were there exactly on time, which is impressive when you think about what they may have come across earlier in the day to make them early. They fixed the issue with the furnace in no time and said that the 2005 high-efficiency unit is running well and looks to have a lot of life left.
