The staff are too rude and they dont listen. I will never go back again
I have rarely experienced such a dismissive and aggressive reception staff as I have here. I have always been given a copy of my BMD record at the time and was refused as "policy has changed". The attitude of the middle aged woman with the ponytail was dismissive and she refused to accept that I received a copy two years ago at the time of service which I am entitled to. Great clinic- very professional- ladies it doesn’t hurt!!
Waste of time, they do not tell you the correct preparation. There for cannot complete for full test. Take your referral elsewhere. Very unprofessional
