I put in a maintenance request because our AC appeared to not be functioning properly and Cliff came the next morning and helped us out. He was very helpful and seemed to resolve the problem.
Maintenance is efficient and helpful. Clifton is great and has helped multiple times with my requests. Very courteous to the apartment as well.
Logan did a great job and was at our apartment right away!
I’ve been living at MAA 1225 for 5 months and loving it so far! As someone who has lived in 3 different apartment buildings across Charlotte, this has been my favorite. The office staff is helpful and quick to respond to any emails, and Cliff with maintenance has done a great job helping with any issues I’ve run into.
Logan on maintenance did an awesome job getting my fridge back up and running!
