Lived here for 4 years post college and it was a perfect spot! Maintenance always responded to requests in a timely manner and went above and beyond. The leasing office was always super nice, helpful and held tons of events to make it more of a community feel.

Living at 1225 South Church Street has overall been a great experience. The community recently completed major amenity renovations, and while the process took some time, it has been worth the wait. The upgraded spaces are impressive and add real value to the resident experience. Throughout the renovations, the staff went above and beyond to ensure accommodations were smooth (respectively) and residents were taken care of. Where to start...first off, the staff. They are as passionate about finding you you're new home as much as you wish to have a new home. The amenities outweigh the competitors tenfold. The location right in the heart of South End is perfect for all ages (along with Uptown right across the bridge). The views are spectacular and the community is oh so friendly. I’ve been here for about 2 years and the transformation this place has undergone is amazing. The new amenities are phenomenal, among the best in south end! I also cannot emphasize enough how much the staff here makes this place great to live. Noor, Dane, Heather, and Natalia all are super welcoming, and genuinely want to help you with anything you may need. Honestly the only place in Charlotte I’ve lived where every single email, call, or text is promptly responded to and maintenance is lightning fast. Definitely recommend!
