I just moved in and everything has been so seamless. The property is beautiful with excellent amenities and spacious floor plans. The team has truly been amazing to help me feel welcome. Huge shout-out to Dane who’s been incredibly helpful, going out of his ways to make sure I have everything I need and all my questions answered!
Dane, Noor and maintenance team have been awesome. Much better than the old management group that was in charge, thoroughly enjoy living here and would highly recommend to anyone moving from out of state for their first place in Charlotte. Great location and great people that live here as well.
Look elsewhere for comfortable and quiet living. Almost dorm-like atmosphere in both services and residents.
Multiple leaks in my apartment, packages have been stolen multiple times, I’ve had cockroaches in the apartment twice now, door lock was broken for months, and maintenance has come in and moved my things with no notification. Not sure how this place has any decent reviews. I would not recommend moving here, it’s a nightmare.
