Maintenance is always very responsive and helpful. DJ especially went out of his way to help me with my license plate removal and his effort and efficiency was much appreciated! A very accommodating team.
The location is amazing and love the larger space for the studio apartment compared to other places I looked at. Management: The entire management team has been great and very helpful. Noor has been extremely amazing with this move in process and has supported any issues right away. Service Management / Maintenance: Ray Maxwell and Gage have been amazing and quickly fixed the very minor issues after moving in a very timely manner. I have had a wonderful experience at MAA so far. The whole staff, especially Noor has been super nice and helpful with the whole process. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a spot in the South End.
They are so kind and thoughtful about what you are looking for. All the information for the application was provided and the process was completed very quick. The community got just renovated with LVT floor which is great for cleaning!
