I lived at this community for about two years. The location was convenient, and I generally enjoyed my apartment itself, but my overall experience declined over time. During my time as a resident, the office periodically held raffles or giveaways encouraging residents to leave 5-star reviews. Security was a recurring concern. Exterior doors and gates frequently had broken handles, and residents regularly propped them open with rocks. I put in a maintenance request for like 4 things and came home the next day and everything was done AND I got a new oven entirely. Not entirely how they even pulled this off!
