I have purchased several quality items from the 1223 Specialty Boutique. Great designer brands for less. The owners are always attentive and courteous.
Sometimes when you are out shopping you stumble across a store that is hidden from the world, but full of high end, quality items at an affordable price. I was very surprised that this consignment boutique catered to men; I found brand new suede sport coats for $25, a Kenneth Cole tie for $7, 2 new Burberry dress shirts that were $10 each, a brand new pair of Guess boots for my wife that were only $22, a crystal vase for my grandmother and an antique lamp for my aunt for $15 each. 1223 Consignment Boutique is a great boutique. The owner makes you feel at home and the prices are GREAT! I look forward to not only my next visit but getting some clothes together to consign!!!
The area has definitely found a treasure in 1223 Consignment. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful in assisting me. Not to mention the variety of items available for purchase at reasonable prices. I was surprised to see gently used items (basically brand new), custom home decor, and new clothing. This store has it all!
I found the boutique by accident and I was very surprised! It's cute, quaint and full of great items! I bought a Coach bag for $35, a pair of slacks for $10 and a bracelet for $5! I will definitely tell my friends and come back soon to shop!!
