When I moved into 1221 Broadway Lofts, I had a great experience! It is admittedly a gorgeous property when upkeep is done. I keep to myself mostly so the first year flew by and I enjoyed it enough to renew my lease. Yay! This is unfortunately where it gets a little messy and uncomfortable. A few months go by after doing so and I put a work order in for lightbulbs in one of the fixtures in my studio apartment. All is done but when I returned home my bathroom door was open. I lived at 1221 Broadway Lofts for a year, and it was one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had. The location is great, the amenities are well-kept, and both the leasing and maintenance staff are outstanding. We would have stayed longer if we didn’t need more space for our growing family.
Great management and staff!! I haven't even moved in yet (August 30th 2025 is my move in date) . The thing that I was really impressed with was how thorough and professional they are. Cindy helped me along the way to get everything squared away so I can move in soon! Love the ambiance of this place! Looking forward to living here!
I was a resident of 1221 for a full 8 years and living here was a wonderful experience. When I first moved to San Antonio I was reluctant to move into an apartment, because I had only previously lived in houses, but I found at 1221 how incredible apartment life can be. The proximity to the river, downtown, and the pearl can't be beat, I could walk right out of my apartment and go for a beautiful walk on the river in either direction - something I will greatly miss! Okay honestly I've been living in SA for over 10 years now and this has been my favorite place to live. I've lived by UTSA, medical area and so far this has been the best. It's close to the downtown scene, run clubs, river walk, restaurants and everything else. The ceilings are tall and gives restoration hardware vibes if you know how to decorate.
