The team at 12-15 Broadway were quick professional and friendly. The rooftop was my 2nd office for 6 months out of the year, best view of the city. We lived there for Nearly 3 years and was very happy. Dan, John, Hansel, Abe, Vadim, Igor, Kevin, Gadi. ( I am missing a few) Thank you!
Fantastic pet policy with no additional fees or pet deposits required. The building has outdoor area designated as a dog's playground. Truly a one-of-a-kind building!
I have lived here for two years and this building has absolutely lost its touch. I’m grateful to be living in such a beautiful building with great amenities but the lounge never “ever” gets addressed. The pool table just stays broken and no matter how many times you ask them to fix it they ignore. It’s very easy to fix things that are so easily ignored. The furniture on the Roof looks like trash.
