Do you like cute lil mice? do you like cockroaches? If so, 1212 East is the place for you! This apartment has good bones, the real hardwood floor, the thick noiseproof walls, great floor-plan, etc. but the latest management has devolved this place to one's worst nightmare. Their pest control is a joke. repairs half-assed. The air filters they replace (not often enough) are made of the thinnest mesh I have ever seen (for those curious it is rated MERV 1). I am one of the older residents but love the youthful vibe. Great pool and the Great room is really Great. Leasing Manager Janee is awesome.
This management group is terrible. We have had a broken garage for about 10 months this year, and all they do is try to gaslight the residents about why it’s broken. Now the front gate is broken, leading people to prop the door open since the fobs don’t open the door anymore. We also randomly had people enter our apartment without a warning just to leave the new air filter on the floor. They are terrible at communicating with residents and unable to accept responsibility for not doing the proper upkeep of the building.
Avoid this property. I dealt with repeated pest problems (mice, rats, birds, cockroaches) that were never properly resolved. Parking costs $125/month for a “secure” garage, but the garage door was broken and left open for months with no explanation or refund. Packages frequently went missing under the management of Natalia, including some that were marked as delivered to the leasing office but never given to me. The worst issue was moving out.
