Very heavy move out charges
The property is always clean, safe, and well maintained. The prices are affordable, and the staff is friendly, kind, and full of great energy. Highly recommended!
We moved here from Colorado about three months ago, and this building is lovely. It’s very secure—with a key fob and call box codes required for entry—it has a pool and a gym, and it has a fully staffed front office 7 days a week. Not only is the office always staffed, but the amazing women who work there tirelessly answer questions, accept packages, and generally guide anyone who needs them. Been living at this community for the past few years and I have to say this is one of the best places I've stayed at, the community is always looking fresh, any issues that arise gets addressed promptly by the office and maintenance team! what stands out the most here is the management team, I truly appreciate the care that Tracy, Flomina, Amy and Jose bring to this community, it really shines through with their responsiveness and eagerness to always help out, thank you!
