I've been living here for a couple years now and Tracy & Derrick have done a great job addressing any issues that have come up! The apartment rooms are well designed and gas burners are a great plus. When my time came to renew, I chose to stay here since you won't get a quick turnaround (usually less than 24 hours) on maintenance anywhere else. Edit: I moved out last month. We had a great experience living here for about two years. The leasing office team was always friendly, reliable, and professional. We only had one package go missing, and that was during the extremely busy Black Friday holiday season. The management team is probably one of the best we’ve experienced at a Greystar community. Tasman has been exactly what I was looking for the past few years. Garaged and gated access, great amenities, and amazing staff. Amy was extremely helpful in quickly giving me a tour, exploring my flooring pattern and answering any and all questions I had. Move in was really straightforward, and I'm very happy with where I'm living now. I don't hear neighbors, the residential area is very clean, and the elevators have not been down since I've moved in.
I have been living in the apartment for more than 6 months and Angel who responds to my maintenance work orders is amazing; He responds to work orders within 24 hours, does a great job fixing anything I need fixing in the apartment and is friendly! The maintenance team is definitely one of the reasons I would consider renewing my lease here when the time comes.
