Just awful. No gas in the building since March 2022 (and its August 2025) and the building is in foreclosure. We’ve been cooking on hot plates for over 3 years. Just search for 1201 Shakespeare Ave on the NYC DOB site or call 311. No repairs, no super, hot mess.
