The building is nice. But it is consistently disappointing. The HVAC system is always broken or not working properly. And they have workers do the bare minimum for fixing and cleaning anything. Not worth the $$$
Great location but heating and air conditioning is non existent. Constant issues. Management refused to make any permanent fixes the 2 years we lived there.
Terrible management. Jana needs to be fired and this whole company taken down! No heat or air conditioning, black mold. Believe all the reviews! Not demure. Not Gucci!
