We've lived here for nearly two years, and this has been by far the most professional management team we've encountered. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly, and both the move-in and move-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Been living at 1200 Semmes for 2 years now. They have always prioritized me and my maintenance needs. Kristine always responds to me when I need her and is willing to do everything she can to resolve any issues I have. She helped me switch apartments and has helped me tremendously! Best property manager I’ve ever had.
Started with a rough move in, the apartment wasn’t prepared (due to extenuating circumstances). I had a bug issue, the appliances were filthy and rusted, etc. However! Kristine, the leasing agent, was incredibly helpful and understanding. She made sure all grievances were handled, she put in all of the maintenance tickets and coordinated getting the dishwasher replaced. She offered to refund for bug traps.
