Been living at 1200 Semmes for 2 years now. They have always prioritized me and my maintenance needs. Kristine always responds to me when I need her and is willing to do everything she can to resolve any issues I have. She helped me switch apartments and has helped me tremendously! Best property manager I’ve ever had.
Started with a rough move in, the apartment wasn’t prepared (due to extenuating circumstances). I had a bug issue, the appliances were filthy and rusted, etc. However! Kristine, the leasing agent, was incredibly helpful and understanding. She made sure all grievances were handled, she put in all of the maintenance tickets and coordinated getting the dishwasher replaced. She offered to refund for bug traps. I just moved into 1200 semmes about a month ago. Kristine is amazing. I had a few minor issues within the first 2 weeks of moving in. She went over and beyond to make sure my apartment was serviced quickly. I can confidently say both of my issues were solved quickly. I have an awesome corner unit. The building is fairly quiet and I feel safe saving a 4 year old son. I’ve had a few other nightmares with Richmond living but I feel I could stay here for 2+ years until I purchase my home.
