Amazing place to live. Great location, less than 10 min walk to BART. 10 min walk to downtown Oakland . 0 minutes to Lake Merritt 🏃🏻. These apartments have all the amenities you can think of an more. Not to mention friendly staff, service request are taken care of immediately. 24hr security. Amazing views of Lake Merritt, Oakland , SF, The Hills . I mean look at the pics down below :)
The staff so professional and meet your every need, bouncing up to get the door when your hands are full. The place is gorgeous and the view from the roof is unparalleled!
I looked at apartments in this building and could not understand the very high rental prices that they are charging. Other than the view, nice layout and large balconies, the apartments have no air conditioning, no in-unit washer/dryers, no fireplaces, no electronic temperature control, the bedrooms have shared walls and only one bathroom has a bathtub. I move. A lot. So, I've lived in my share of apartment buildings. 1200 Lakeshore is, by far, the best managed building I've lived in. Everyone who works here is the best. They know the residents and their pups. Mrs. Hudson misses her neighbor, Christiana and her daily ear rubs. Maintenance is fast and seamless. The management is top-notch. They have events and doughnuts for morning commuters every once in a while. The front security staff are friendly and professional and the building is super secure.
