I have lived here since mid-December, and I am already ready for my lease term to end. I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere if you other options to consider. I chose this community over the one diagonally across me (V) because of the amenities, cleanliness of the building, sense of safety, and excellent concierge service, but I have been met with other issues that have left me with a bad taste. I have never had issues with staff here and this is why I am giving them two starts. Overtime, living in this apartment is no longer worth it. I have seen the biggest roach ever in my bathtub. It was shocking! I've had issues with flooding too. Other residents smoke in their apartments, and the smell travel to mine. It's not worth it.

James was awesome! He made me feel very welcomed and shared so much information about the apartments styles and layouts. The amenities are nice, and the prices are affordable. I shared with James my price range, and he was able to offer me a very nice unit that will be available soon for a very good price. I am looking forward to moving to this community soon.
