Great customer service, very personable, and answered each and every questions we asked
I have lived here since mid-December, and I am already ready for my lease term to end. I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere if you other options to consider. I chose this community over the one diagonally across me (V) because of the amenities, cleanliness of the building, sense of safety, and excellent concierge service, but I have been met with other issues that have left me with a bad taste. I’ve been living here for almost 6 years. What started off a great experience has turned into a nightmare. My bathroom has a constant sewage smell from the plumbing of this building, dirty trash room, constant weed odors, BUGS, broken elevators constantly, and terrible communication. I will not be renewing, I’m counting down the days to move out of this dressed up dump. The amenities on the first floor do not match what it’s like to live here at 1200 east west. I am extremely pleased ❤️ with my apartment everyone in the rental office was extremely friendly and helpful. I mostly worked with Detra she was so helpful she took the time to explain everything to me. Always returned every one of my phone calls and was very happy to do it. Everyone in the rental office was so friendly and welcoming. I love the building it’s nice and clean smells good. I love my apartment. I love the convenience of the area .
