This building has enormous roaches. I have had two gigantic roaches enter my unit, as well as a handful of smaller bugs coming from nearby units. There were also bugs I spotted crawling on the ceiling in the hallway at the opposite end of the building from my unit. Also the internet shuts off constantly but it is a required to be paid by the building. Paying your rent online costs $50.00. You have to pay them to pay them.
I lived here about 2 years ago but loved the experience enough to say “I miss this place.” The apartment layout, the cleanliness of the space, and the professionalism of the maintenance staff are top notch. Every question and concern was addressed quickly and efficiently; I couldn’t have been happier but unfortunately a job relocation took me away too soon. I highly recommend checking this complex out.
I have lived here since mid-December, and I am already ready for my lease term to end. I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere if you other options to consider. I chose this community over the one diagonally across me (V) because of the amenities, cleanliness of the building, sense of safety, and excellent concierge service, but I have been met with other issues that have left me with a bad taste.
