I’ve been living here for almost 6 years. What started off a great experience has turned into a nightmare. My bathroom has a constant sewage smell from the plumbing of this building, dirty trash room, constant weed odors, BUGS, broken elevators constantly, and terrible communication. I will not be renewing, I’m counting down the days to move out of this dressed up dump. The amenities on the first floor do not match what it’s like to live here at 1200 east west. I am extremely pleased ❤️ with my apartment everyone in the rental office was extremely friendly and helpful. I mostly worked with Detra she was so helpful she took the time to explain everything to me. Always returned every one of my phone calls and was very happy to do it. Everyone in the rental office was so friendly and welcoming. I love the building it’s nice and clean smells good. I love my apartment. I love the convenience of the area . Here 1 and a 1/2 months now and am very happy! Cant wait to renew. Location is amazing, staff is responsive, building is clean and quiet.
I am giving 5 star because of Detra Clark she is so professional and compassionate. what I went through since moving here is disaster from my heater not working, noise from construction that is building right under me I am on 2nd floor not being informed when moving in about the upcoming cafe/restaurant I was so disappointed!
