I am giving 5 star because of Detra Clark she is so professional and compassionate. what I went through since moving here is disaster from my heater not working, noise from construction that is building right under me I am on 2nd floor not being informed when moving in about the upcoming cafe/restaurant I was so disappointed! Management is disorganized and unresponsive. Issues go ignored and communication is nonexistent. Do not move here.
Expect fraudulent charges from beginning to end. Car towed even though I paid for parking, multiple complaints about water. Make sure you are there for your walk through.
Hands down the worst apartment experience I’ve had. Management is unprofessional, unresponsive, and disorganized.
Poor management and even worse communication. No follow-ups, no accountability. Moving here was a huge mistake.
