There are no signs or notes that this is a private parking. I got a fine for not paying even I did. I used a machine at the entrance of the parking lot. Later I find out that it is a city parking machine. Make it visible and clear that payment must be made to the specific machine and put it in the proper place. Customer service is awful. Even if they know that their mistake they do not care and accept it.
Beware! This is the most blatantly deceptive parking lot I have ever encountered. Two parking services share a contiguous parking area so that they can feed off of people who misread their minimal signage on the property. I parked there on a Sunday when the parking was clearly marked as free...but apparently I was off by one space.
