⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had my vehicle tinted at 12 Volt Installations and I am extremely happy with the results. The tint looks amazing, was installed flawlessly, and completely transformed the look of my vehicle. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions before getting it installed. I would highly recommend 12 Volt Installations to anyone in Thunder Bay looking for window tinting or vehicle upgrades. Great service, great detail, and an overall excellent experience
Disappointed to say the least. Asked to install a dash cam, been 4 weeks now of just back and forth. Over booked me. Now not replying. I understand a busy schedule but at this point I won’t be going back unfortunately.
Tinted our new Explorer, perfect job. Quick and on time. Highly recommend.
Very disappointed. I purchased a spare remote for my car on their instruction for a starter install. Then, when I went for the install, they did not know how to get it done and I was left holding the bag having spent almost a grand with nothing to show for it. They said they would figure it out and get back to me. I’ve followed up and was told the same thing again. Never received a follow up… Very unreliable in terms of aligning expectations and reality.
Fair and honest guy, thanks for not charging me to get the remote start looked at :)
