Brought my main business computer to Kent, in hopes of repairing a heartbreaking blue screen crash. Absolutely thrilled with the results. I got my computer in for repairs, the issue identified, confirmed if I could or could not save my data, a very to the point (didn't feel like I was getting sold to) selections of options of ways to proceed, and most impressive to me, very quickly. Kent nailed the job I gave him with only good things to say. 10/10
The hard drive went out on my laptop. I contacted 12 Stones and he was able to get it in that day and had it repaired the next day. Honest, affordable and quick turnaround. I highly recommend!
What an amazing experience. Like most I get nervous when my PC goes down. I called shortly after 8AM and I was picking up a fixed unit at 1PM. He was clear on how the repair would go and what we had to do in order to pick it up the same day. I would HIGHLY recommend 12 Stones to any of my friends or coworkers for their PC/Laptop issues.
