Purchased an Elite bow a few years back. Karen talked me into it and I've been very happy with the bow. Shoots like a dream. When I moved to Tennessee a few years I forgot I left a bow with her to sell. Got a text message the other day telling me she sold it. That's great honest customer service. Can't remember but it was either 3 or 4 years ago.

Great people over at 12 ring, and fair prices! They set me up on used compound, took the time to refresh me on the fundamentals and get me dialed in. Also, one of the many things I learned there was to trust Karen on her string color recommendations!

I enjoy the fairness presented to the shooters. Things are kept simple , I was happily helped by the pro staff as well as the owners when I asked for there assistance. There are Lots of inventory and accessories available to shooters. This is all topped off with productive, respectful attitudes and great service. I was new to the 3D shooting this year and this group of guys and gals have treated me like one of the regulars from day one. Great job Mrs Karen ,Gary and team!!!
