Amazing with kids for ear piercing! I got my 8 year old daughter's ears pierced at the mall and we had multiple problems. Her earring became embedded in her ear. AJ was able to get the old earring out and a new one in. He spent almost 2 hours with her as she was very scared and it was painful. He was so patient and really helped her through the process. Stopped in as a walk-in to have a rejecting back dermal removed. I was really nervous since it was painful and getting worse, but the shop was super clean and the staff were all really friendly, which helped right away. Mantis took care of the removal and did an excellent job. He was professional, quick, and made the whole thing way easier than I expected. The dermal was out before I even realized it. Great experience overall — I’d definitely recommend this place!

Mantis was fantastic with my teen daughter. He was careful to ask her permission for each step that involved physical contact, he made sure she was comfortable at each step of the piercing process. And her belly button piercing came out perfect!

Great customer service and clean facility. I have been to both locations for a piercing and then a septum ring jewelry change. Luis and Mantis were both so kind and patient. I am prone to fainting and both times they took very good care of me and made sure that I was well enough to safely leave the facility. They answered all my stupid respective questions with a smile. I am very pleased with my piercing and jewelry. Highly recommend.
