My whole family has been going to 12th Dentistry since moving to Puyallup 10 years ago- over the years has changed names and doctor but Dr Heydari who is the current owner is amazing!! I have had a lot of issues lately with fractures and his team gets me in as soon as possible and he fixes me right up! Without any pain and a lot of compassion and consideration. Dr. Heydari and his team are easily the best I've ever experienced. As someone with dental anxiety I really appreciate how calm and welcoming the environment is, and how the team goes the extra mile to ensure they're communicating exactly what is happening and why. The transparency is so helpful to understand what next steps are without feeling overwhelmed. I was so mad at myself for eating Swedish Fish at Christmas that made one of my crowns come out and I had to wait till the staff got back from vacation. But once I got in to the office my wait was brief and setting the crown back took just a few minutes. I actually spent more time with Toby (the cute office dog) than the dentist! Very glad to be a patient at 12 Dentistry!
